Paid plans are billed according to the selected plan. You can cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

PowerBuilder is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
